Starr Ambrose: In my professional life I'm a romance author for Simon & Schuster's Pocket Books. You can check out my books at www.starrambrose.com. I write about feisty heroines and sexy heroes who tangle with powerful, devious people. But in my private life I live on a small farm in Michigan where I rarely ever encounter powerful, devious people. I do know some pushy horses, however, and I've had run-ins with several devious racoons.
